I have over 10 years of experience specializing in depression, anxiety, issues of acceptance and belonging, spiritual/religious transitions, identity/moral formation, career issues, relationships, stage of life issues, and family of origin issues. Additionally, I have training in Trauma Focused-CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
